We’re looking for someone eager to dive into the work our clients do, understand the topics they cover, and navigate the ecosystems they operate in. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is a storyteller at heart, and who knows how to wield words to influence, persuade, and inspire. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, crafting thoughtful and insightful copy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ideate and develop campaigns.
- Craft creative headlines and taglines.
- Write engaging video scripts.
- Create compelling social media content.
- Proofread and refine copy.
- Develop branding names and slogans.
- Write creative manifestos.
- Prepare presentation write-ups.
- Write persuasive website copy.
- Join our team either in our Cape Town or Gqeberha office.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A standout portfolio showcasing creative writing and ideation in various advertising campaigns and digital/social content.
- Top-notch English writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- A blend of strategic, conceptual, and copywriting ability.
- A passion for new challenges and thinking outside the box.
- A collaborative spirit to work with clients and our Rooftop team.
- 3-4 years of experience crafting copy and conceptualising ideas.
